Ford Pats (Passive Anti Theft System) Initialization With The 2534 Global Programmer
There are five types of PATS implementations from Ford (A, B, C, D, E). Refer to Table 1 (page 11) to identify what type of PATS your vehicle is equipped with. PATS initialization is generally performed after programming.
The A or D version of PATS does not store the key information in the PCM, therefore NO PATS KEY RELEARN IS REQUIRED after programming.
The B or C versions of PATS store the key information within the PCM and MUST be transferred to the new PCM, or relearned on the vehicle after the new PCM is installed.

Ford Fiesta Global Heritage
For the U.S. and Canada Fiesta arrived as a 1978 model, equipped with the 1.6-liter Kent OHV I-4 engine – the largest offering in European markets. Fiesta paired the Kent engine with a mandatory four-speed manual transmission and wrapped it in a light-weight body. The car became an instant favorite. Car and Driver pushed a Fiesta from 0-60 in 10.4 seconds and to an observed 97mph top speed.

24x Small-Block Chevy Hardware Installation Guide
The LS1 engine has a different firing order than the early small-block Chevy and LT1 engines. Specifically, cylinders 2&3 and 7&4 have been swapped. If you are building your own engine harness, be sure that you swap injectors and coils 2&3 and 7&4 at the PCM. If you have ordered a new engine harness from EFI Connection, the harness has been built in this way. GM also did this for the 2001-2002 Express Van. The Express Van used an early (Vortec) small-block engine, but was operated with the 12200411 (LS1) PCM. For proper Closed Loop operation, bank-to-bank fueling can be corrected through the PCM calibration by assigning the appropriate injector to each bank. The easiest solution is to load a calibration from a 2001-2002 Express Van and then copy/paste the injector to bank assignment table values into your LS-based calibration.

Small Block Chevy Vortec RPM Manifold Installation
Instructions for this small block Chevy Vortec RPM Manifold:
1) Use only a GM #12529094 intake gasket set when installing this intake manifold.
2) Fully clean the cylinder head intake flanges and the engine block end seal surfaces.
3) Install the intake gaskets to the cylinder head intake flanges. Two dowels on the intake manifold gasket will locate into dowel holes in the cylinder head. Do not use any type of gasket sealer on the intake gaskets. The O-rings are designed to seal without chemical sealers.
4) Do not use cork or rubber end seals. Use RTV silicone sealer instead. Apply a ž” high bead across each block end seal surface, overlapping the intake gasket at the four corners. This method will eliminate end seal slippage and deterioration.
5) Install the intake manifold bolts. Apply Loctite 242 to the intake bolt threads. Carefully tighten the intake manifold bolts evenly until the intake manifold has compressed the o-ring section of the gasket. Torque all of the manifold bolts in the sequence shown in Figure 1 to 11 ft/lbs.
