Chrysler 300C/SRT-8 Headlight Disassembly
1) Remove the high beam bulb and turn signal bulbs, this allows the inside of the lamp to heat at the same rate as the outside of the lamp.
-First, test fit the headlight in the cool oven. The lamp should be situated in the center of the oven, away from the heating element. You can use a cookie sheet to shield the light from direct heat.
-Preheat the oven to 235 degrees, once pre-heated insert the lamp and set a timer for 20 Minutes.

1999.5-2001 Audi A4 (B5) HID conversion installation instructions
1. Take the kit out of the box and lay everything out. You can install either the ballasts or bulbs first but typically it is easier to install the bulbs first.
2. There are 3 T27 torx screws holding the headlight on. The 2 on top are visible in this picture.
3. with the 2 screws removed.
4. The third screw is shown here. A long extension is needed to get to it and an extendable magnet is helpful to retrieve the screw (or bit if it falls).
5. Disconnect the headlight and turn signal connectors and remove the headlight by pulling it toward the outside of the car and toward you.

1. Removal of the original bumper:
Remove all screws which hold the bumper. Also remove the screws which hold the alloy bar and remove the bumper with the alloy bar. Remove the alloy bar from the bumper and install it into the new Hofele-Design bumper.
2. Placement of the Hofele-Design front bumper on the car:
Place the new bumper on the car but do not yet bolt it on.
3. Preparation of the bonnet:
Remove the front grill and the rubber strap behind it. Install the front grill (HF 7052-S4 / RS4) in the extension piece.

2008 Audi R8 Launches all-LED Headlights

Audi became the first manufacturer to feature peripheral white LEDs as daytime running lights, first on the Audi A8 W12 in 2004 and then on the Audi S6, Audi R8 and Audi A5/S5 from 2006.
Audi is now premiering the first and only headlight unit in the world to deploy LEDs for all of the front lighting functions. Apart from the daytime running lights, these functions comprise the turn signals and the dipped beam and main beam headlights. Various groups of LEDs, known as arrays, produce the correct light distribution and brightness. Each headlight unit has a total of 54 LED light sources.

1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel assembly. Remove caliper from rotor. Remove locking hub.

2. Remove wheel bearings, lock nuts, hub and rotor. Remove spindle-to-steering knuckle nuts. Tap spindle

equipped) and splash shield.
3. On right side applications, remove and discard keystone clamp from shaft assembly and stub shaft. Slide
rubber boot onto stub shaft. Remove shaft assembly from right axle. See Fig. 9 .

1985-1996 GM Astro/Safari CMFI Assembly Repair Guide
The CMFI assembly is mounted to the lower intake manifold. The upper intake manifold assembly must be removed for access. The CMFI assembly includes a fuel meter body, gasket seal, fuel pressure regulator, fuel injector and 6 poppet nozzles with fuel tubes. Should a failure occur in any components of the CMFI unit, the entire assembly must be replaced.
1. Remove the plastic cover and properly relieve the fuel system pressure.
