This kit should only be installed on a vehicle that is in good mechanical condition. Before installing the kit, replace worn or corroded parts. If the vehicle is suspected to have been in a collision or abused, DO NOT install the kit. The components in this kit do not eliminate weaknesses that may exist in the original equipment components.
The new 6.1-liter SRT version of the legendary HEMI engine was inspired by the original family of HEMIs – particularly the namesake hemispherical combustion chambers that provide power and efficiency and select visual cues, including the classic orange-painted cylinder block and black valve covers.
The new engine also matches the legendary “Street HEMI” of the 1960s and 1970s with its 425-horsepower rating. But it does so with less displacement. The 6.1-liter HEMI’s 69.8 horsepower-per-liter rating exceeds that of the Street HEMI.

Factory Exhaust System Removal:
NOTE: Penetrating spray lubricant will assist with removal.
1. Loosen the nuts and bolts at the flange connection on the driver side of the tunnel muffler using a 13mm wrench or socket.
2. Remove the driver side factory hangers from the chassis using a 13mm socket and 12” extension attached to a 3/8” ratchet.
3. Remove the driver side axle pipe hanger from the grommet shown in Fig. D using grommet pullers or a similar device. Carefully remove the rear driver side section of the stock exhaust from the vehicle.

Like its predecessor the new TECHART Magnum sets itself apart with a spectacular aerodynamic-enhancement package that fits all versions of the Porsche SUV. All body components are manufactured from PUR-RIM plastic in OEM quality.
The model line up expanded to include the Charger R/T, equipped like the Coronet R/T – it came with a 440 Magnum, heavy duty suspension and brakes, and the bulletproof Torqueflite 727 3 speed auto with a 4 speed manual optional. Stock Magnum intake and exhaust flange and port locations ensure fit with all Magnum-based aftermarket equipment including our all new RPM Air-Gap Magnum carbureted intake manifold #7577. These heads feature 176cc intake ports and 75cc exhaust ports with 58cc combustion chambers for a slight increase in compression over the factory heads. 2.02” intake and 1.60” exhaust valves with 11/32” valve stems offer more flow than stock and they accept adjustable aftermarket rocker arms (hardened pushrods required).

- Mounting Procedure
Please follow the manufacturer’s repair manual for proper front bumper cover removal procedure.
（Remove the side bracket from the OEM bumper. ）
(Remove the impact foam from the front of the bumper.）
Install the side bracket onto the GT bumper by reversing the steps used to remove it.
Install the GT bumper using the factory clips and screws to the original locations.
Test each corner for fit to ensure that the corners are correct.
Option #1: If covering each piece separately:
A) Start by applying the foam edge tape to corner pieces by running it along the entire edge of the panel stopping at both the top and the bottom where the edge of the panel meets the step where the corner pieces are fitted and fixed into the center section. Apply foam tape along the edge of entire center section, keeping the same idea to stop short of the sides that contain the mounted retainer strips that corner pieces will be mounted on.
