Chevrolet Van 97 & Up Sway Bar Installation
This bar was designed to replace your original equipment sway-bar. The diameter of the bar has been increased for more roll resistance; the contours of the bar may differ slightly, if some of the bends were not necessary. This kit may come with none, some or all of the hardware required to install the bar depending on the application. If hardware is not included with the kit, the hardware from the O.E. bar must be retained and re-used. If these parts are too worn to be re-used it will be necessary to obtain them from your O.E. parts dealer. If your car/truck was not equipped with O.E. bar, the installation of this bar may not be possible.

Raising Vehicle
Raise front of the vehicle by using a 4 post lift or drive-on ramps. Securely block the rear wheels of the vehicle. Do not remove the front wheels during installation. It is imperative that the vehicle is at ride height for this installation.
Install Frame Mounts
First step is to install the frame mounts. The mounts utilize existing rivet holes in the frame. You will need to air chisel the rivets as shown below. Once the holes are clear, grab the 3/8” x 1.5” hex bolts & washers from the “front” hardware bag and insert them into the rivet holes facing down. Position the mounting bracket to the frame rail and begin fastening the 3/8” bolts with the provided washers and nylock nuts. Do not tighten all the way! Grab the 3/8” x 1.25” hex bolts and drop them into the mount holes on the bracket itself. Don’t forget to use washers. You can now fully tighten the frame bolts at this time.

Toyota Corolla Matrix Complete Report Manual
Formerly called the Matrix, Toyota has renamed this tall, stylish wagon the Corolla Matrix. It uses well-proven Corolla components, including the drivetrain and platform, but it differs most from the Corolla by having an optional all-wheel- drive system with automatic slip sensing and torque redistribution, a system available only with the 123-horsepower base engine. The optional 170-hp engine makes the front-wheel-drive Corolla Matrix more sporty, but the AWD model could benefit from a bigger motor. Split folding rear seatbacks (the right-rear and front-passenger seatbacks fold forward to handle long items) add to this wagon’s practicality. The Corolla Matrix is well designed and flawlessly built. For 2005: There are modest cosmetic and interior changes, stability control is optional on base and XR models, and curtain airbags are optional.
