Ok, I have been getting a lot of questions about this mod and I know the directions are out there, but I wanted to make a very clear step-by-step set of instructions for the electrically challenged people (like me!). Not to mention 2002 directions get mixed in on some older threads and it gets confusing.
Here are the directions for the diode method for 2003-2006 Avalanches to get:
• FTDRL’s (Full-Time Daytime Running Lights) and
• All-On-High (High/Lows/Fogs/DRL come on when switching to high beams or using “flash to pass”)

I came upon this companies hardware while looking for a car mount for my Motorola Q. I wanted something beyond the normal universal mounts. ProClip uses a 2 piece system. The vehicle mounts are custom to that vehicle. Depending on the car model they will usually list multiple location options. You then pick the hardware mount for you specific phone, iPod, etc. Most are offered with or with- out a swivel option.

The TAG is intended to be used with the silencer ring in place. On 94-2002 Dodge trucks install the longer side into the turbo housing and the shorter side will be facing the inside of the intake boot. Remove the rubber boot from the turbo charger inlet and insert the TAG into the rubber boot with the longest part of the TAG facing outward as shown. The TAG should snap into the groove inside the boot. Place the supplied band clamp over the hose as shown in the photo below. Slip the boot back over the turbo inlet using one hand through the boot to guide the TAG into the turbo.

Start with your Phillips head screw driver and remove the three screws on top of your battery cover. Then remove the battery cover from the car.
Firmly grasp the plug on top of your MAF sensor unplugging it. Lay the plug back away from the intake system.
Using your Phillips head screwdriver loosen the hose clamp next to the MAF housing.
You will notice a hose with a 90 degree bend and a small plastic ring around the end of it snapped into place at the bottom of the factory air box. Firmly squeeze the top and the bottom of that ring squeezing together and pull the hose off of the factory air box. Pull the hose back and tuck it back out of the work space.

1984-1991 Cadillac El Dorado Radio Install

Wiring Instructions: The power and speaker wires needed to connect the new radio are attached to the connector of the wire harness located inside the vehicles dash. The Install Doctor STRONGLY recommends using an optional snap on wire harness that is specifically designed to snap into the vehicles dash wire harness connector. This will keep you from cutting the vehicles wires. This optional snap on wire harness will have wires on the opposite side of the connector that will allow you to splice these wires to the new radios wires. The only other option is to cut off the vehicles dash wire harness connector and splice the new radios wires directly to these wires. The optional snap on wire harness takes all the guess work out of trying to figure out what each wire is in the vehicles dash wire harness. The optional snap on wire harness tell you what each wire is.

G35 Coupe Aluminum Pedal Install

I purchased the Infiniti aluminum pedal set from Grubbs Infiniti in Dallas over the phone from Danny our FX45 salesmen. I believe Danny said these pedals are the ones used in the FX45. After examining them, I think he’s probably right because the dead pedal is narrower and sits up higher than either the standard G35 plastic dead pedal or the Nissan 350Z dead pedal. The brake and gas pedals look the same.
Parts
All of the parts in their respective plastic bags with part numbers. These are for the 5AT. For the 6MT the clutch and brake pedals are different. Total price ~$80 shipped.

Please be advised the vehicle in this example is a 2001 A4. 1997-1999.5 have a different headlight arrangement and no MAP sensor. Removing the two-piece headlights on 1997-1999.5 cars is a simple process and should be self explanatory.
1. Turn the wheels all the way to one side, remove the fender liner screws. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the opposite sides and repeat.
2. Unhook the tab for the lower grill and remove. Repeat for the other side.
3. Remove the two hex bolts from the bottom of the bumper with a 6mm hex wrench.
4. Unhook the tabs for the front bumper. First, push down on the bumper, then pull outwards. This process can be frightening for a first timer, as it takes a lot of force to pull the bumper skin away from the vehicle after pushing downwards. Repeat for the other side.
