TURBO KIT INSTALLATION
* Always disconnect the battery negative cable from the battery negative terminal before working on any part of the vehicle.
STOCK PARTS REMOVAL
(1 ) Unplug the O2 sensor and take the exhaust manifold cover from the exhaust manifold. Then, remove the O2 sensor.
(2) Remove the exhaust manifold by removing the nine 8 mm nuts. Inspect the ex. manifold gasket for any damages, replacing the gasket with a new one is recommended.
(3) Remove the stock air filter box, and air intake duct.

Use only HFC-134a in this system; do not use CFC 12 (Freon); do not install parts designed for use in a CFC system. Use a charging station. A/C charging stations and refrigerant recovery/recycling stations minimize the release of CFCs and HFCs to the atmosphere. Use them for all A/C charging and service work according to the manufacturers’ instructions. Do not overcharge. This system requires only the amount of HFC-134a refrigerant shown below. PROBABLE CAUSE
The immobilizer IMOES code has been erased.
NOTE: This problem occurs only if all these conditions are met: • The security system is set. • The battery goes dead. • Battery power is connected to the vehicle, then disconnected in a very short period of time (milliseconds).
If the vehicle meets these conditions, or if the condition is unknown, go to DIAGNOSIS.
