This dynomax kit for chrysler 300C 5.7L Hemi Engine installation steps:
1. Remove the old exhaust system assembly from the vehicle. Lubricate the rubber isolators with WD-40, or a similar product, to aid in removal of the metal rod hangers.
2. Install DynoMax front exhaust x-pipe 54320. Finger tighten the inlet clamps.
3. Install DynoMax Super Turbo Mufflers 17662, right hand and left hand. Finger tighten the 2ı⁄₂” clamps that connect the mufflers to the x-pipe.

1. Using the hardware supplied, place the front muffler assembly up into position as shown in figure 5 making sure to install the hangers into the rubber isolators. Hand tighten the hardware for now.
2. Place a clamp over the expanded end of the intermediate pipe and set it into position as shown in figure 6 installing the hanger into the rubber isolator. Do Not tighten the clamp.
3. Place a clamp over the expanded end of the rear muffler assembly and set it into position as shown in figure 7 making sure to install the hangers into the rubber isolators. Do Not tighten the clamp.

Original Exhaust System Removal
Note: With a used vehicle, we suggest a penetrating spray lubricant to be applied liberally to all exhaust fasteners and allowing a significant period of time for the chemical to lubricate the threads before attempting to disassemble.
1. Unclip and remove the ground strap shown in figure 1 located on the passenger side rear muffler.
2. Unbolt and remove the center support bar shown in figure 2 .
3. Lubricate all hangers and rubber isolators.
4. Unbolt the flange shown in figure 3 located on the driver side of vehicle just behind the front muffler assembly.

02-05 Audi A4 L4-18.L Intake Kit Installation Instructions
Step 1: Complete kit. Make sure you have all the components before you begin your installation
Step 2: Complete stock intake
Step 3: a. Remove two screws holding factory fresh air duct in place.
b. Pull fresh air duct out of vehicle and save for later use
Step 4: a. . Remove two screws holding top half of airbox in place.
b. Loosen clamp holding factory tube in place.
c. Unplug MAF Sensor.
Step 5: Remove top half of factory airbox.
Step 6: Remove clamp holding top breather filter on factory tube.
Step 7: Remove clamps holding second breather from top of factory tube. Save elbow for later use.
Step 8: Remove clamps holding third breather filter from top of factory tube. Plug can be disconnected for ease of removal.
Step 9: Loosen clamp holding fourth breather down from top of tube with slotted screwdriver.
Step 10: Loosen clamp at turbo and Last breather tube. Pull factory tube out of vehicle.
Step 11: Pull off front grill near Passenger side fog lamp
Step 12: Remove fog light from vehicle.
Step 13: Disconnect Air pump hose at pump.
Step 14: Remove fitting from air pump hose and install provided breather filter. Install filter onto air pump and replace fog lamp and grill.
Step 15: Remove MAF Sensor from top half of air box.

Step 1: Here’s an overview picture of the transverse 1.8T engine found in the Audi TT, VW Golf/Jetta/New Beetle 1.8T. The 225hp TT engine looks a little different, but the install of the A.W.E. Tuning valve is the same procedure. For picture clarity, and ease of install, the decorative engine cover has been removed. Removing the cover is easily done by twisting the “+” shaped fasteners on the cover 90 degrees. They’ll pop up when free, allowing you to grab the cover and lift it up and out of the engine bay. (New Beetle requires removing 2 10mm nuts hidden under trim caps, and then sliding forward and out) We’ve also removed the PCV damper in the following pictures for clarity. You won’t need to remove this item to install the valve.

Step 1: Complete Stock Intake.
Step 2: Disconnect vacuum line and pull back.
Step 3: Unclip upper half of air box to remove lid and filter.
Step 4: Pull back rubber mount attached to battery cable. Use pliers if necessary. This will allow stock clamp to be loosened. (To be done in step 5B.)
Step 5: A) Loosen clamp closest to the radiator with 1/4” nut driver. B) Loosen clamp closest to fire wall with 1/4” nut driver. Leave clamps in position.
