We strongly recommend that this kit be installed by experienced professionals only. This intercooler system includes piping for use with either the stock or stock replacement turbochargers only. You may have to modify the intercooler pipes if you are using an aftermarket turbocharger. This product is meant to fit Nissan 350Z only. Please check the parts before mounting.
- Mounting Procedure
Please follow the manufacturer’s repair manual for proper front bumper cover removal procedure.
(Remove the side bracket from the OEM bumper. )
(Remove the impact foam from the front of the bumper.)
Install the side bracket onto the GT bumper by reversing the steps used to remove it.
Install the GT bumper using the factory clips and screws to the original locations.

If your BMW air conditioning has stopped working the chances are you have lost most or all or your system refrigerant. The fastest way of finding out is to attempt to have the system refilled by a specialist. They will evacuate any remaining gases and then pressure test the system before refilling. When mine was pressure tested it was immediately obvious that there was a leak somewhere within the condenser matrix situated in front of the engine radiator.

Prior to starting the installation, remove the 2 plastic clips inside of the grill. This is an illustration to show you how to remove the front bumper. Start by removing all plastic clips and screws as shown above, once all clips and screws have been removed continue to pull the front bumper off. The two plastic clips are removed from side of the wheel well prior to pulling the bumper off. Once all plastic clips and screws have been removed, continue to pull off the bumper. Depress the tab and pull the electrical harness connector from the mass air flow sensor. The harness clip is pulled out from the air box attachment as shown above. The Swiss tuning company Z-Art from Tägerwilen is revving up with a brand-new aerodynamics package for the Porsche Boxster model 986.

The aerodynamics package, which comprises the front bumper, side skirts, rear spoiler attachment and rear bumper, is made from GRP. The conversion is rounded off with GRP fenders and a GRP front hood in the original, round 987 look (different design of headlights) of the Boxster model year 2006. The front hood is also optionally available in carbon fiber. The complete package including the lamp cluster is available from Z-Art starting from 3,965 Euros net and is supplied complete with all the necessary accessories. Fitting costs around 1,300 Euros net, although this does not include the cost of respraying.

The new Passat R36, available in either saloon or estate bodystyles, is equipped with a naturally-aspirated 3.6-litre V6 engine developing 300 PS and 258 lbs ft of torque. Drive is channelled via a six-speed DSG gearbox through a 4MOTION all-wheel drive system capable of diverting torque to either axle depending on the grip available. As a result the saloon is capable of accelerating from rest to 62 mph in 5.6 seconds while the estate takes 5.8 seconds. Both models have limiters in place to restrict the top speed to 155 mph.
